Our first quarterly edition of 2022 focused on agricultural innovation for sustainable food systems. Farmers are increasingly faced with the need to produce more food from fewer resources while also mitigating the effects of climate change. In this issue, we hear from farmers and partners on the tools and technologies they need to succeed, as well as how regulatory and trade policies impact their ability to produce more with less.

Our second quarterly edition of 2022 focused on addressing productivity constraints to feed the world. Humanity’s future will largely depend on the way we address our most basic need: food. At the foundation of a sustainable, equitable, healthy and prosperous world, we need an agriculture sector that is equipped with the technologies, tools, and knowledge that farmers need to grow more food with less. This quarter’s issue examines ways in which our work impacts farmers’ abilities to produce and distribute safe, nutritious food.

Our third quarterly edition of 2022 focuses on leveraging innovation to increase sustainability. Access to agricultural innovations is a key driver in addressing food security, climate change, and biodiversity. The most significant potential for fighting climate change while maintaining the productivity levels needed to feed our growing population comes from improved farm technologies and management — including innovations in plant breeding and crop protection. This issue explores stories of how innovation in agriculture is changing the way we farm our land and protect our planet.
